Changing the way prenatal, baby & breastfeeding support is offered in Kingston and area!

Bella Vida is a team of nurses, lactation consultants (and most importantly moms). Their goal is to provide the education needed to help families make informed decisions, based on their unique & individual needs. They saw a need for support & education on childbirth and breastfeeding in our community.

Classes will be offered starting September 21, 2011.

An innovative 6 week prenatal class. At Bella Vida, the choice is YOURS! We give you the current, accurate & realistic information that you need to make informed decisions about childbirth and breastfeeding.  We provide education and support based on what works best for you and your family.

Brand new in fall of 2011 are two new innovative classes.

For Dads: A unique dad’s class, taught by dads – for new dads. Moms, you get this night off!

For Siblings: Using crafts, videos, and interactive play this 1 ½ hour class, geared for ages 2-9 yrs, will help your children to be comfortable when the new baby arrives.

In home or on-site support from an IBCLC.

Whether you are a first time mom needing help with latching, having pain, worried about weight gain, or just wanting to make sure things are going smoothly, our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC) can help.
