Infant Massage

Michaela Schmitt RMT, BSc (Hons) Human Kinetics is joining Bella Vida Baby's team to provide infant massage classes on a monthly basis!

This is a fun & worthwhile class where you will learn infant massage techniques that benefit baby by:

• Helping to calm a colicky baby
• Forming part of a bedtime routine
• Exposing baby to a healthy touch
• Relieving gas and constipation
• Special Mom and/or Dad quality and bonding time
• Improves circulation
• Aids in digestion
• Helps stimulate neurological development

And of course, it helps relaxes baby (and mom and/or dad too!)

Our first class will be Monday November 14, 2011 at 10am at:
